זמן תהליך הייצור: 

לאחר קבלת אישור ההזמנה, תהליך הייצור להזמנה הינו בין 7-14 ימי עסקים. יש לשים לב, חגים ותקופות עמוסות בישראל עלולים להביא לעיכובים בזמן הייצור.

אופציות משלוח: 

שליח עד הבית- משלוח חינם עד הבית. ברגע שתהליך הייצור הושלם ההזמנה תסופק עד 5 ימי עסקים. 

פיקאפ- איסוף ממשרדי החברה בבורסה (כתובת: רח׳ תובל 21, רמת גן). לאחר 7-14 ימי עסקים מיום ההזמנה, תישלח הודעה כאשר ההזמנה מוכנה ולאחר מכן קביעת מועד איסוף באחת באחת הדרכים הבאות: טלפון, הודעת ווצאפ או באימייל. 

החזרות והחלפות: 

• ניתן לבצע החזרות/החלפות תוך 14 ימי עסקים מיום האיסוף או מרגע קבלת ההזמנה. 
• אנו מקבלים החזרות והחלפות לפריט בתנאי שהוא הוחזר במצב מושלם ללא כל נזק וכן מצבו בזמן ההחזרה אינו מראה שום סימן שנענד או נעשה בו שימוש. כמו כן, יש להחזיר את הפריט באריזתו המקורית. 
• העת ביצוע החזרה, הלקוח הוא האחראי הבלעדי למשלוח הפריט למשרדי החברה (כתובת: רח׳ תובל 21 רמת גן), ויש לתאם אספקה כזו מול החברה מראש. 
• במקרה והלקוח מעוניין להחליפ פריט, אנו מאפשרים החלפה למידה שונה מאותו דגם ללא עלות לחילופין, הלקוח ישול לבחור לקבל זיכוי בחנות לרכישות עתידיות. 

** החזרים יינתנו רק עבור הזמנות שבוטלו תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת הפריטים ובכפוף להודעה על ביטול הזמנה. 

לא יינתן החזרים עבור פריטים בהזמנה אישית (טבעות וצמידים המותאמים למידות מוגדרות, הזמנות מיוחדות ותכשיטי אירוסין), פריטים שנרכשו בהנחה או עבור פריטים בעלות של יותר מ-3000 ש״ח (לכל הפרטים ראו תקנון חברה). 

Jewelry is delicate and requires maintenance to extend the life of your pieces. We are recommending to follow this simple instructions to keep it in optimal condition: 

• Remove when applying chemical materials: perfume, sprays, lotion etc.
• Remove your jewelry before sports activities or any household chores.
• Take off your jewelry before bedtime.
• Remove when swimming. 
• When taking off your ring, ensure you pull from the band and never from the stone. 
• It is recommended to store each piece separately. Jewelry stored together may scratch each other.

Cleaning

Make sure to clean your jewelry at least once every three months. Cleaning the jewelry is a simple process, all you need is a bowl of warm water with liquid soap/washing powder. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the stones and gold. At the end of the process, wash it again with warm water.

How do I add another stone later?

Simply go to the Charms page, order a new stone, and we’ll set it with the same high-quality craftsmanship.

How many stones can I add?

As many as you like. This necklace grows with your story – there’s no limit.
