We ship to destinations in Israel only.
Production time:
Once your order has been confirmed, it will normally take us 7-14 business days to make the jewelry ordered.
Please note that public holidays or high demand periods in Israel may cause delays in production time.
Shipping options:
Door to door delivery – We offer free door to door delivery. Once your order has been produced, goods will be delivered to you within 5 business days.
Pickup – If you choose to pick up your order yourself, you may do so from our show room (address: Tuval St. 21, Ramat Gan). 7-14 business days from order date, you will receive a message from us notifying you that your order is ready. To then schedule your pick up contact us via phone, WhatsApp or Email.
Returns & Exchanges:

Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 business days of pickup or of receipt of order.

We accept returns and exchanges provided that the item is absolutely undamaged and its condition at time of return shows no sign whatsoever of having been worn or used. Also, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

When making a return, customer is solely responsible for delivery of the item to the company’s offices (address: Tuval St. 21, Ramat Gan), and such delivery must be scheduled with the company in advance.

Should the customer wish to exchange an item, we allow exchange to a different size of the same model or for free. Alternatively, the customer can choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
** Refunds will be given only for orders cancelled within 14 days of receipt of items and subject to a proper written notice of order cancellation.
Refunds shall not be given for custom made items (rings and bracelets made to fit specified size, special orders and engagement jewelry), items purchased at a discount or for items that cost more than 3000 ILS (for all details see company’s Terms & Conditions).

Jewelry is delicate and requires maintenance to extend the life of your pieces. We are recommending to follow this simple instructions to keep it in optimal condition:
- Remove when applying chemical materials: perfume, sprays, lotion etc.
- Remove your jewelry before sports activities or any household chores.
- Take off your jewelry before bedtime.
- Remove when swimming.
- When taking off your ring, ensure you pull from the band and never from the stone.
- It is recommended to store each piece separately. Jewelry stored together may scratch each other.
Cleaning
Make sure to clean your jewelry at least once every three months. Cleaning the jewelry is a simple process, all you need is a bowl of warm water with liquid soap/washing powder. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the stones and gold. At the end of the process, wash it again with warm water.

As many as you like. This necklace grows with your story – there’s no limit.
